Service agreement
By requesting a quote or hiring West Texas Tree Removal, you agree to these terms. We provide tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, planting, and related services across the Permian Basin in West Texas.
Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our remote or on-site review. Final pricing may change if access, tree size, or condition differ materially from what was described. We will confirm any change with you before work begins.
Insurance
West Texas Tree Removal is fully insured. Proof of coverage is available on request before work begins.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start at no charge. Emergency calls may follow different timing rules — we will explain those at the time of dispatch.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Receipts are provided on request.
Property access
You confirm that you own or have the right to authorize work on the property where service is performed, and that the area is reasonably safe to work in. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items not disclosed before work begins.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
